Entry will not be permitted if the ticket holder's age does not meet the requirements of the ticket category.   -The ticket is not a commodity for buying and selling; rather, it is a license to attend the match or event. This license may not be resold, assigned, or transferred to third parties except in accordance with these terms and conditions. -It is strictly prohibited to resell the ticket through any medium, except for reselling it through Al-Hilal, Blu Store, or the Webook platform. In case of violation, you acknowledge our right to cancel the ticket without refunding the amount paid by you. -If you sell the ticket in violation of these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that this constitutes a violation and infringement of the rights of Al-Hilal Club Company and its partners, and you recognize their right to sue you and claim damages for that violation, including compensation for trademark infringement. -By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that reselling tickets is an infringement of the intellectual property rights of Al-Hilal Club Company, which is criminalized under applicable rules and laws. You also acknowledge the right of Al-Hilal Club Company to sue you for the occurrence of such an infringement. -The company has the right to block or cancel any account or ticket upon detecting any suspicious transactions. If a violation by the customer is proven, they have no right to claim a refund for the value of the tickets. -If the sporting event is canceled or rescheduled due to legal or security reasons, natural disasters, or reasons beyond our control, the tickets will remain valid for the new match date specified by the relevant authorities. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time, venue, and age restriction of the event. Ticket holders must arrive early at the event site. The organizing entity has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and in this case, the ticket holder is not entitled to claim a refund for the ticket price or request compensation of any kind. -Once leaving the event building, re-entry is strictly prohibited, and the ticket holder is not entitled to claim a refund for the ticket price or request any compensation of any kind. Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entering the event site. Prohibited and dangerous materials will be confiscated, as well as any item that the organizing entity or the security personnel at the event venue deems dangerous or could be used to cause damage to the venue or disrupt the event. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food and beverage trucks will be provided inside the event. Pets are not allowed.   -The use of professional cameras and recording equipment is not allowed at the event site.   -As an attendee of the event venue, the customer agrees to waive intellectual property rights and copyrights to Al-Hilal Club Company for photographs, videos, and audio recordings captured inside the event venue, which may be used as printed material, electronic copies, or published on the internet. The customer acknowledges the right of Al-Hilal Club Company to use, sell, or assign those photos, clips, etc., by any means the organizer deems appropriate, and they have no right to demand any financial return or compensation for that. Smoking is not permitted in the building, including electronic cigarettes. The use of lighters and matches is also prohibited inside the site, except in designated smoking areas. -The organizing entity accepts no responsibility for physical injuries, illnesses, or the death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or the loss or damage of personal belongings due to causes arising from or related to the event. The organizing entity has the right to eject anyone who engages in behavior that, in the opinion of the organizing entity, constitutes a violation. Compliance with public decorum in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is mandatory. -The organizing entity reserves the right to refuse entry to sports team fans or ask them to leave the venue if they enter sections dedicated to the opposing team's fans in the stadium. No refund or compensation is due in such cases. Fans who have booked seats in a specific section after selecting their preferred team in the stadium must strictly adhere to wearing apparel that exclusively supports the team they chose. Individuals who violate this policy by wearing the opposing team's apparel will not be allowed entry, and the ticket purchaser acknowledges and agrees to any action taken against them in the event of non-compliance. In all cases, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the maximum limit for claiming any compensation from the organizer regarding tickets and attending the event is the value of the ticket they purchased, and they acknowledge that they have no right to claim an amount higher than that value from the company under any circumstances. The club has the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and the updated version available on the platforms shall be the approved version.
